As Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Sightpoint LTD, she leads initiatives in change management, leadership development, and resilience strategy.

    Linda brings over 20 years of experience in private and public sector innovation, ranging from technology startups to leadership roles at the University of California, San Francisco, where she advanced system-wide initiatives in telehealth, strategic planning, and workforce development. Her work is grounded in a nuanced understanding of how organizations function—and how they evolve.

    She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology, where her research focused on successful technology adoption in healthcare settings. Known for her ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, Linda equips leaders and teams with the insight and structure they need to move forward with confidence.

    Her consulting approach is collaborative, practical, and deeply attuned to each organization’s culture, mission, and goals.

    John Sweet is a cybersecurity and resilience expert with over a decade of experience helping organizations protect their systems and prepare for disruption. As Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Sightpoint LTD, he leads engagements in cyber risk assessment, resilience planning, and security training.

    John’s experience includes managing the Product Security team at Intuit Credit Karma, performing threat modeling, vendor reviews, and reviews of legacy and third-party software, managing vulnerability and risk remediation, implementing and documenting policy, and conducting training.

    John has over 20 years of experience designing and implementing security software as a Principal Engineer with major players such as Fitbit, Zscaler, and Symantec Corporation.

    John is passionate about making resilience accessible—especially for small businesses and non-profit organizations that often face big risks with lean resources.
